The lack of consistency is a big issue. It may well be able to organize your trip to mexico, but then it tells me that "the product of two primes must be prime because each factor is prime" ... how will one ever trust it? Moreover

I have done this more than once and it is great. Point django at your db, dump the models, and then use django's test framework.
