   You have to be kidding me. How hard is it to distinguish Code Academy from codecademy in Neal's comment? Neal just referenced Code Academy multiple times in this comment, but you put codecademy? Not only that, but the two companies couldn't

   It's very subjective to talk about what a "rails junior" means, but it is very possible for someone (like the students at Code Academy) to learn an immense amount of programming knowledge in a short amount of time (say 12 weeks).

   I have had the chance to visit the classes at Code Academy in Chicago, I can say that these students are learning way more than I ever expected. No they will not be software craftsman in 12 weeks, but they will know how to take their own id
