I would say yes, obligatory vaccination is a reduction of an individual's liberty. But, doesn't NOT getting vaccinated also diminish the liberty of all other individuals in society (i.e. The right to life), much like how the same

Do you mean taking a company public without any co-founders and employees, or starting originally with none, then later taking some on? If the latter, I would think Dropbox would count, since at least originally it was a single founder.

Weren’t the main concessions made to Southern slaveholders items like the 3/5 compromise? The senate’s distribution on the other hand would benefit states like Rhode Island, New Jersey, etc...
