Your browser might have microphone access set to "Deny" by default rather than "Ask". This happened to my friend. He changed the setting and it worked, but maybe there's a way to give a more helpful error in this sc

CBT is common and often covered by health insurance. I've been doing talk therapy for 3 years and I've found helpful for all kinds of things. The most important (and hardest) part is finding a therapist you trust.
