Totally agree. Don't feel bad if you skip days when you don't feeling it. Doing Journaling now for 3 years and I love to go through old notes. Some are not relevant but some are pieces of gold.

I always find this kind of service counter-productive. Technically, you're putting yourself on a list that you don't want to be on any other list. For me, it feels like I then draw attention to myself all the more.
