Hard for me to feel anything other than sympathy of anyone who has to ride a bus to work. "Elite" and "riding a bus" are two concepts that are "living in a parallel universe." Not the same one.

Vagrant/VirtualBox is the top of the list, I usually run a 64bit Ubuntu 13.10 instance for dev and production.

Coding as a practice, I love. It's a continuous process of learning while trying to solve problems. But work is work. It can be a job. However, as a career, it's easier to move from one job/environment to another.

I've made it a point to NOT check things in on Sundays. I break my own rule. I get the OCD gimmick to get yourself motivated but ... I flies against of my philosophy of coding. Less is more, quality over lines of code. Not coding for c
