Why are we putting so much weight (no pun intended) on AI companies. At the end of the day the scaled up LLM transformers lack emotion and will… They do as they are told; or more correctly put. They do as they are programmed to do so.

I believe a similar thing happened with fast food and food delivery fees. It costs money to be listed on the food delivery app so fast food chains started charging everyone the same price to offset the cost of being listed on the apps.

That’s a rather splenetic response. On paper their contractor requires them to run an Amazon route and wear Amazon logo. Therefore, it’s not Amazon. I’m asking honest question that any court law will ask; cynicism is not part of the scales

Honest question; it’s not Amazon that requires them to wear an Amazon vest but rather their contractor. Amazon may set the route but they don’t pay them to run the route. This should be interesting from a legal perspective.

I’ve been taken to a steak house for birthday and was shunned for ordering something basic. My reasoning is; a steak is so easy to ruin because it’s so easy to make that it’s just not worth the price to risk eating an expensive crappy steak

My favorite space probe is the European Space Agency Philae. It probes the comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko and actually landed on it. It was able to send back images of its surface. Amazing!
