I never said it was competing. I said it didn't seem to fit nicely. I run several very large clusters, and we evaluated Flocker and it didn't fit nicely into ecosystem. It felt very "bolted on".

We had a similar problem with lag for code reviews, so I wrote a bot to nag the Hipchat (moving to Slack this week) channel and remind people that repos had pending PRs that needed review. This helped quite a bit of getting code reviewed. K
