   ODesk have time tracking software. This system makes screenshot every minute I guess. It's very helps when you working with new developers. And you want to know for sure that he works on your project.

    If company building app for 2000 and it's not one page. Company should recognize it will be piece of junk.2000 it's just 20 hours of work. What you can build in 3 day? When dev guy building his portfolio that mean this guy doesn't have exp
