I would say it's less about the compute resources, and more about possibly needing a team dedicated to maintaining quite a lot of infrastructure to replace the features that GitHub has, which is far more extensive than just git hosting

I'm still sitting on a GTX 970 and was waiting for the RTX 30 release so I could buy a used RTX 20 at under $500. This pricing means that it's worth it for me to just jump straight to the 30 series.

When my phone was updated to Android 9, that toggle became force-portrait. If I enable it now, it immediately turns back to portrait and disables rotation.

At least the original xbox one controller used AA batteries by default, and had an optional accessory rechargeable battery pack to replace the AA batteries. Maybe the later models are different; I don't have an xbox anymore.
