I'd love to see the paper (but don't want to pay $36 for it). Citations are often power-law distributed - I'd suspect one outliers is driving this effect.

I worked for Bridge previously and have seen their schools and visited numerous government schools in the vicinity. There are a lot of valid criticisms against Bridge but (1) kids do not learn relative to government school (2) kids are not
