I'm not a doctor but I can tell you what they will say and save op $200 for a useless visit. Doctor will mention there's no data and does not recommend it.

Actually it's not a myth. Look up bureau of labor statistics. Women clearly make less than men. I feel something must be done to resolve compensation when controlling for skills, experience, etc, gender alone shouldn't result in

I really think we can all learn a ton by sharing our mistakes. I wanted to implement this in the office but nobody would share. I have no problem sharing now I've messed up but I'm also weird in a lot of social respects.

You're free to do that. I have life insurance and disability insurance that are not linked to my employer. I haven't pulled the trigger on health insurance because I've heard it's super expensive but maybe I will someday

The 3 separately controlled grids have been around a lot longer than 20 years. Blaming politicians doesn't really solve much. The regulatory boards are not Republicans or democrats, those representatives are in the US government.
