This is minimum. It should apply to people with no experience, in training, or living in the middle of no where. There is no reason to live in an expensive city if you can make the exact same amount of money in a cheap city.

You can get the VPS range as cloud servers for the exact same price. Then you get all the cloud features including private network. I guess they are keeping the old VPS range as it seems many people find cloud hosting too advance.

If I owned Cloudflare this is the direction I'd go. Ads without the MBs of bloat that existing ad networks add. As a cloudflare customer and an everyday internet I am thankful cloudflare hasn't gone in this direction.

Fact is, Google would already have a complete profile on you for advertising purposes even without AMP. They offer more than enough services that track you that they don't really need AMP for tracking purposes.
