This is basically my experience. A few people get to go fast and look good, at the expense of bogging everyone else down and making them miserable. I don't think any time or effort is actually being saved anywhere.

I love when I make a request or ask a question, and Claude Code immediately queues up a dozen tool calls to edit files instead of explaining what it wants to do or why, despite repeated constant reminding that I will not approve tool calls

Been using Firefox as my main browser since version 1.5. The last few years I've noticed that some things have stopped working as smoothly though - mainly just little CSS glitches and things because people don't test in Firefox :(

Yeah nah, one of my coworkers was building stuff via TDD yesterday and Claude Code ended up running a test that ran `rm -rf` on his home directory. So dumb shit like this does still happen.

I've done enough of those trick tests where you're supposed to read the whole thing first and the last step is 'ignore all the other steps'. If I saw that in a test, I would do it.
