I was on Refind (until they went paid) and now I'm on OneNote. I take notes in OneNote as well so I think this works out well. I wish their Chrome Extension works a bit better though (some sites are difficult to capture as an Article).

yeah, I think the competition is looking for tech like the one opengarden had, something of a mesh network where people are connected thru bluetooth and wifi (direct), etc.

I agree. Plus, I don't think this is differentiated from other flagships. Some people will like it others won't and I'm not sure if there is a moonshot in there to justify $300m.

the x64 version seems to be based on Chromium 49.0.2623.110. Not sure I can tell the benefits of Lua though.

I think your right on about google tracking. you visit a website and they're probably using google analytics or google ads somewhere, or it's a 3rd party feeding data to some form of google ad network.

At Wire, we've actually been working on the "autotagging" (& some more) for the past 2 years. We're focused on mobile and don't have a desktop version, yet. Our current version tags a page based on the keywords

I think one of the issues is, unlike the printing press days, you can't unsubscribe from bad news outlet. In the old days, you'd cancel your subscription and delivery. Now your best shot is adding 70news.com to adblocker or someth
