    Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, PGP, RetroShare and other are freely available in France. Most notably PGP has been available in France for decade and has never received any form of approval as far as I know.

    I was SO fed up with all the bullshit and problems at delicious (and so dispointed by alternatives like Diigo) that I wrote my own, Shaarli. Never again I'm going to trust another service for storing and sharing my links.

    Good to know you're working on it. In my experience, Netscape bookmarks html export worked better. But even then I experienced a lot of broken exports from online bookmarking services. This is a pain. Good luck with that.
