I take screenshots often as reminders, to annotate, etc. I setup a double-tap as an action to take a screenshot. So much faster then the older methods. You get some false positives, but really handy productivity hack.

Totally agree. I look at how I used to think and communicate, and "tool" is spot on. Software is so incredibly hard, it took me years, and many mistakes along the way, to learn this. And I'm still learning.

Actually the EMD update targeted EMD with low-quality backlinks to them. EMD that didn't have low-quality backlinks didn't seem to get hit. The goal of the update wasn't to penalize people with keywords in their domains.

I think it was mostly viral due to the speed at which the ad was placed. I think it was something around just a few minutes, which for a major brand, is insanely impressive.

Hmmm...I'm not an engineer and I love Google Tag Manager. It's not the most intuitive interface, but after a few hours, I can't imagine ever managing scripts anyway else. No need to bug my CTO just to add a conversion pixel? Heck yeah.

I would totally agree that the best SEOs can code. But still stand by my 99% number : ) Most SEOs are not coders (knowing how to customize a Thesis is not coding in my view)
