Believe me, you _don't_ feel the same way. People that get theses symptoms have to stay in bed all day, for months. Some can't even cut carrots without needing a 15-30 minutes break.

That might not be what you want to hear, but 70k in NYC is a bad salary.. Why wuld you want a side hustles when you can double your salary ? That may not be easy, but it's doable. Side hustles: improves; so you can get a good salary.
