Yeah, the same for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for every query and it's often too US specific.

They're a paid service. Why do they need so much extra funding?! There's definitely going to be a feature creep and annoying changes. Time to consider the alternatives again :(

I concur, Affinity Photo is an excellent tool. I forgot about Photoshop a long time ago. I'm still waiting for their Lightroom replacement though. For some reason I just couldn't adapt to Darkroom.

I also highly recommend Affinity Photo. It covered all of my use cases for photoshop and some for lightroom. Adobe is a scummy corporation who doesn't deserve their customers.

If you're on MacOS, try IINA instead. It has much nicer interface, thumbnail previews on hover, multiple subtitles support. Moreover it solved all of the issues that I've had with VLC.
