Funny you say that, these startups actually wanted me to be referred to as a cofounder even though I wasn't. They actually leveraged that title to make me sacrifice salary and work much harder than I should have (i.e. many all-nighters

When they stop paying you. Seriously, don't waste your time hoping for the best. *Worked for two startups that couldn't make payroll. CEOs promised money was around the corner so I kept working. The money never came.

The don't actually delete your posts, they mark them as deleted. If the government requests your data they get to see everything, even those posts you decided to delete.

Agreed, it's a long story but I have definitely learnt a lot and do business very differently now.

There are contracts but no money. There's nothing to retrieve.. yet. So I'm stuck waiting for them to make money or raise.
