I am really surprised how fast/responsive it is. Most UI frameworks feel clunky/slow and react ones feel even slower sometimes.

Its like a mini dot com crash. A lot of pandemic had incredible growth that is was truly sustainable. Now you have companies want their employees back in the office. So all that "growth" that could have been this year is not there

Apple is in between a rock and a hard place on this. Webkit activity really slowed down a lot. Apple is pretty much the main contributor. It also gives them the most flexibility to incorporate into their products. Blink engine is very slow

I sometimes do, sublime is a significantly faster and sometimes that works with my "though" process better than vscode. Pretty much, I use sublime text when I want to do something fast, and vscode when I want maximum compatibility
