tiktok certainly seems to prefer if you post a draft using api and then manually publish it using the tiktok app on your phone, but the other platforms like youtube, instagram and facebook don't seem to mind. Its also recommended that

setting up the developer account is easy, but getting approval from each platform is quite tedious! I've recently been thru it with my social media scheduling tool (mallary.ai), did you get approval from all the platforms yet?

I agree. I built it to solve a problem for myself. Having it be a standalone app actually helps me to remember to record my accomplishments, rather than a GDoc which I easily forget about.
