Really interesting idea! But I'm not sure how I feel about a company impersonating their customer cause that's what you would do right? I think people will be reticent to provide personal information...

I assume they know the hook point based on a decrease in drop off rate after x episodes. I'm surprised Netflix doesn't use this to their advantage to entice people to wait a few episodes before giving up. If the person didn't

The monopoly concern is legitimate, especially if the accusations against Apple, Google and Amazon have validaty in them. I think the real issue at hand is the bullying that is taking place for new entrants. Google arm restling a new entran
