I was diagnosed adhd well before mobile phones. Also, mri scans show adhd so yes, it is a prefrontal cortex deficiency. Let me give you some old man advice. Untreated adhd feels sutble to the person but its not subtle to everyone around you

Chicago is decent. A big factor in the USA that we only have a few major cities with a built up core like New York. We have many major cities built like LA or Houston where it's spread out and makes public transport less of a priority.

The zoning laws keep it that way. In a truly fair market, the new tech class buys newer, larger homes or apartments while the hair dresser buys their old starter home or bachelor pad.
