Spot on, though I think it's not just an issue of 'dangerous ideas', it's more an issue of can the layperson think at all for themself. I.e. less 'free speech' and more dark-ageish 'only these are allowed

You're right, I was thinking US-centric. Here in the US any pizza place you give your name and number to has an account for you, from my experience.

The author's point isn't a good one. You have an "account" regardless. Putting in your name and e-mail is near irrelevant since he indicated it might be reasonable to provide a credit card. Unless he can say, "La

So, from your post you: a) don't know who any of your neighbors are. b) think you're better than those you do attempt to associate with c) don't want any advice on 1) doing things you love (i.e. hobbies) 2) seeking help f
