MiniMax M2.7 is actually pretty solid. I’ve been using it for coding lately and it handles most tasks just fine, but Opus 4.6 is still on another level.

True. AI might not have a soul, but it’s become an absolute lifesaver for me. To really get the most out of it though, you still need to have solid knowledge in your own field.

Running a local LLM sounds like a solid use case, just not sure if it actually performs as well as the description claims.
