The only way it will be disruptive is if it finally catches on. Wireless charging is nothing new. I personally think Palm and then HP did it best, integrating wireless charging with device functionality via API. I am curious what they mean

I just fail to see the big deal behind this. Really, isn't the games market enough to crowdsource distribution choices? This is only needed because Steam is a closed platform, which people seem to forget.
