   This is still in early preview. They acknowledged the startup speed in several presentations I saw and said that they are working on speeding it up.

   A probationary period is common in Canada too, but it is always mentioned up-front and I have never heard of a company trying out several potential employees in a series of probationary periods. Maybe they weren't happy with her at the end
