Guided Access is what I occasionally used when our first child was 2-3 years old and I had to hand him the phone to watch videos with input locked out. It was never an effortless process, it would be awkward to fumble around with before han

Thank you for this share, because it rings close to another fascination of mine: the shade of green/teal that is the panel color of a great many Soviet aircraft cockpits. It's not the same as the shade of these industrial control

I’ve wondered if there is some similar solution that will allow you to rotate your viewing angle, so that you can browse library stacks without bending your neck at a completely awkward angle. The idea of just crouching to a certain height

After some further investigation, the unbelievable level of attention to detail (the shape of the individually modeled rivet heads, the overlapping of adjacent sheetmetal) explains the price of these models. https://www.kohs.com&

That price is astonishing. My modeling knowledge is limited to plastic aircraft kits, so I have no idea what I'm looking at here. I'm not sure what it would take to pay that kind of money for a model aircraft, it would have to be

I dislike dealing with caps and enjoy a finer, wetter line. Pilot Precise V5 RT has been my go-to for a while, but I'm a pen hoarder and will try anything.

I won't comment on the robustness of the Embraer construction, but I should point out that the 2006 incident is not necessarily indicative of that; the two aircraft collided head-on, and the relatively fragile vertical winglet of the s

Surprised to see that this has not been submitted. This was a staple of the old web from when I was a young Star Wars fan.

Aviate means to get the aircraft under control, straight and level as you say. Maintaining or correcting the position and direction of the aircraft, navigation, is of lower priority than keeping it under control. The idea behind the saying

Indeed, I pretty much treat userspace as C:\temp, considering how much it gets messed with. Anything that requires consistent behavior needs to live in the root.

If I am reading this correctly then it resembles the behavior of the Confluence/JIRA text input windows.

I did too! I bought the smallest size and at $30 it is pricier than some alternatives but it feels nice to buy a real product instead of a knockoff with a random brand name. If memory serves me correctly, most of them also don't go in

> use the language code for languages This is the practice that I followed when I needed to add a regional-language pack for one of our SCCM packages. I put a "DEU" in the icon, not a German flag.
