   TIWS is back online. I'd presume they are draining most traffic to prevent overload according to the public SRE practices. I theorize it should take a few minutes to get everyone back in.

   IX charts are public in Chile by law. Everything looks well except the Telefonica (TIWS) international trunk [1]. It started dropping all traffic at the same time. [1] http://pit.grupogtd.com/default.php?id=1
