Man it really is relaxing to do something with your hands instead of sitting at the computer. The reward you get from being able to touch what you are working on is really nice. Cooking can be relaxing as well - unless you have kids crying

I'm a new parent as well - it really made me understand and relate to my parents better. Calling them every week at least once to see the nephew (we live in a different country ) - but I'll try to do the 1 minute a day I commented

Maybe there is a need for instructions so here they are. --- Download the zip Unarchive it Move it to apps. Right-click on it -> Open. Do this twice (It will say that it is not trusted as the app was not downloaded from the store) /

Thanks for commenting. That's exactly why I'm asking. --- most dashboards seem to show a part of the story but that's often incomplete. Ex. Time spent Thinking is 100% productive but if you measure APM -It isn't labeled
