For remote collaboration w/ voice and video, we use one or more of the following: Yugma (with Skype): http://www.yugma.com ooVoo: http://www.oovoo.com These allow for screensharing and audio. Yugma has a call-in number, so to avoid fees

Thanks to all for your comments. We built prioritiz'd for the Rails Rumble, and as you all mentioned, there is more we need to do with it, including links to OpenID providers, and providing an option for creating a traditional username/pass
