Just so you know, the real-time chat usually works. Not sure what is wrong with it now. I will try to get it fixed soon. The idea is that multiple people can easily collaborate about an image in real time.

You make a lot of really valid points. We allow our testers to summarize their videos with written comments prior to uploading their video. Many of our testers write very thorough critiques to be submitted alongside their videos. I feel vid

All you have to do is set your "Screen Recording Link" to "Disabled" from your control panel page and that will make it so you do not receive a test yet until you are ready. When you are ready to receive feedback, just make it say "enabled.

Reviews range between 8 - 15 minutes long depending on the complexity of the websites / apps. I have an email list of close to 1000 people that were interested in being a "early adopter" so I draw testers from that list. I got some more fee
