You don't need an interface to just prompt and get a response from chatGPT it works pretty much out of the box with the API. I guess these interfaces make the interaction a bit more user friendly though.

The site doesn't appear to be getting much use, there is one little free library in my neighbourhood and as others have mentioned here in their neighbourhoods as well, but the sites search engine isn't picking these up.

This is also not correct, it depends on which economic model you are looking at. Some assume equilibrium some study transitory dynamics to the equilibrium. You can't make general statements like that and expect them to be always true,

Combining it with bash and psql + csvkit + xsv will give you a powerful combination for data ingestion, wrangling and training all on the command line this would seem to have clear benefits for fast development and prototyping.

Online Universities at least some of them do offer those things, within the limits of their funding. And that is really the issue - funding.

These are often blocked by network configuration and firewalls , although with some effort you can probably by-pass this issue. The dat protocol is a good example.
