Another solution is to put the URL into Google Translate, set the 'To' language to English and the 'From' language to something like Arabic or Chinese so nothing on the page will actually get translated.

Worth pointing out that they can't make an application to the ECtHR until all legal appeals have been exhausted in the UK (Supreme Court?). Otherwise the application will be immediately rejected.

The cynical reaction would be to say this is all about damage limitation to their brand since it appeared on HN, as they meant to do it rather than it being a 'clerical error'. Good thing I'm not cynical.
