   This really made me mad. Minnesota and Illinois were willing to pay for the whole project from Minneapolis -> Milwaukee -> Chicago (granted WI would need to pay recurring maintenance) and they refused...

   Apple has always been a consumer electronics company...they may have a diverse set of consumer electronics, but they aren't truly diveresified. I think a truly diversified company is more like GE, 3M, Samsung, Honda, etc.

   It should at a minimum get rid of unemployment and welfare. It just wouldn't make sense to keep them around.
