Just set the font size to a minimum in Firefox preference and it will stop doing this font resizing. To make text bigger change browser.viewport.desktopWidth in about:config to some smaller value.

As an >30 russian I can confirm. "Руководство по эксплуатации" is the standart term in USSR for any type of the end user manuals. Now user manuals just the "user" manuals (Руководство пользователя).

Also some times you can't read long article on your phone because its too long to fit in phone memory. For ex try to view html 5 single page spec[1] on your phone, especialy if your phone not 8 cores 2GB mem device. [1] - http:/&

Absolutely agree. This is the right way how medium to long block of text should be styled. Except 62ex, not em, IMO.

Flow chart can be beautiful or ugly just as a textual code can be beautiful or ugly. Also shape of nodes and connectors as important as indentation in text. Look for example of some graph from Nuke - http://www.spaille.be/de

You can't just enable/disable software if it depends on other software or vice versa. But your package manager may have facilities for that, like Nix [ http://nixos.org/ ].
