and their awesome theme engine. it brings a breath of fresh air to the interface. Of course, 99% of the themes found on xda are utter garbage but a few of them are extremely well designed.

Being unethical or not is based on moral values and Apple did breach the moral code of conduct in their recent lawsuits by acting vigorously bullish but they did nothing wrong(at least not legally). But what James Hardie did was borderline

How is he misrepresenting Steve Jobs's statement? Isn't it what he meant. Of course, he didn't mean to say that he is proud of copying others' ideas but that copying is inevitable. Or am I misinterpreting his statement?

I wonder... if almost everyone knows and complains about the smoothness in Android being not as good as iOS(consistently, I mean)... Isn't Google aware of this? Or does achieving impeccable smoothness come at a cost(increased memory usage?)
