This isn’t exclusive to Datadog. Anybody with some sort of senior or lead engineering role often gets these emails from various companies. I have received such emails from companies other than Datadog many times.

Are you sure about that? I know Google Translate says "vlast" but I speak a Slavic language and "vlast" means motherhood/home in my language. Could be just the online translation not being accurate?

Very time consuming so probably lot of companies will skip on this to deliver features faster. Having robust documentation that contains all the knowledge so a completely new team without any project knowledge can easily deploy/support

You are assuming you have spare room for this equipment (ignoring that the prices you quoted are quite high and actually it costs more for serious equipment if you want realistic weights of 200-300 pounds which is not even that heavy). I re
