Russians need a travel visa to go to any Western country and most of the world. Some EU countries are banned Russians from entering; the US is not issuing travel visas in Russia anymore.

I switched to Fork a few months ago from GitKraken. Fork is faster and it's using much less memory, it's nice to see developers who still care about usability and performance rather than about development speed.

You don't have to exercise, but keep in mind that way you'll go from being fat to being skinny fat. I made that mistake myself and to be honest my body looked better before losing weight.
