   Just please pay attention to your electrolytes while trying this. I'm a big fan of keto. However please learn how the body responds. You may need to purposefully add electrolytes (yes including salt) to offset what ends up being flush

   so hospitals can never use this? their doctors and nurses, who are "employees" regularily work 12 hour shifts. the same goes for first responders
