Obama and Clinton both were not at the top of the party apparatus at the time of their first runs. Compare to Gore, Harris, and the other Clinton in 2016. I think the DNC clearly needs to step back and let the party make its own choice.

Not to mention speed limits. Around here almost all traffic exceeds the speed limit, yet plenty of drivers still complain about pedestrians not adhering to the rules.

Well the fed already has the money which was used to purchase the bonds that they’re are now lending against. So I think that this amounts to giving some of that bond principal back early but slightly less in total in the form of interest o

Not just FDIC though, in 2008 and again today the Fed is making clear that their backstop is bigger than just FDIC. it can’t be any bigger than the debt limit so I find it sobering to have this discussion while we’re heading towards that cl
