the original code is to prevent FOUC, that 8 second delay is sort of a fallback if the js hasn't unhidden the body

you also have to remember these javascript files are then cached and used for ALL amp pages across the board and only gets invalidated once a week. there is also a stale-while-revalidate mechanism in amp if service workers are available so

i think its cause chromecast audio is the plugged in the device (it'll stay there unlike your phone/tablet) and you `cast` to it. so you don't have to keep your mobile device plugged in.

it used to not be, but with the reversal of the `this` creation and addition and use of `target.new` in constructor functions we are now able to extend Exotic types like array.

don't be too hard on yourself. as a lot of people have said, not only do you need to be good but you also need to be lucky. and not all jobs in google is glamorous (but yeah the perks are for sure)
