All 30-50k satellites? SpaceX and Amazon are sending stuff up now. I expect these numbers to multiply quickly. And not just with US satellites. China and other nations might just send similar numbers up

Is there any expectation that a local in Africa or sea would be able to afford starlink rates? I haven't seen pricing information yet, but I'd be very surprised if that was the case.

In addition to the other comment: plenty of games are, or at least used to be, available exclusively through steam. Steam doesn't pay for exclusivity, but it still exists

When you put it this way, you might as well say that a major accident that takes out half of Western Europe would be neglige in comparison. German plants are old. There's issues with a few of them. Decommissioning them seems inevitable
