The article didn't really explain the justification for the crackdown on Subutex except for the usual "drugs are bad, mmmkay". It seems like Subutex is a good cure for misery without serious side effects.

I agree with you. I don't care what the fonts were designed to look like. I only care about readability. The default font settings on Ubuntu hurt my eyes. Thankfully this is easy to fix by switching to full hinting and enabling subpixel ren

This is a really important point. TXT files are associated with Notepad by default. If we want README.txt (or README.md/rst/org.txt) files to be read by the least sophisticated users, then they should all have Windows line endings.
