   Looks like just misconfigured web server. www.nsa.gov works fine vs. nsa.gov times out. Edit: www goes to an Akamai CDN vs bare domain goes to a straight IP address.

   Sweet post. I think despite the massive AWS outage last year, a lot of setups still aren't as fault resistant as you'd want. Last year's AWS outage died cuz of a cascade failure on EBS. Have they resolved that issue or should your EC2 volum

   My favorite subtle detail is that the picture in the middle of the post actually shows where Help Scout was seated during the program!
