Well there will also be a reduction when all these (1/2) double tweets go away. I'm pretty sure the metadata, analytics, events, etc 2 tweets generate is way more than storing those extra bytes per tweet.

Their status page now shows it. I confirmed it went down for several people in SF while their status page was all green still. Got a nasty 500 error on the app while making payments, and a 502 on their web app.

This is when you specify you want a user defined network and want to rely on docker networking. I'd give it some time before using that in production and use your own DNS/Service Discovery mix.
