The great thing about Bsky is that feeds can be user-run (and the for you feed is a great success story). So if Bluesky Inc. wants to derank links on their discover feed, there are a lot of user driven feed options to counteract that

Minor versions are basically major versions for Go. They’ll “never” create a Go v2 because they prioritise maintaining backwards compatibility as a language feature, thus following semver rules, no majors.

LinkedIn’s job screen in the app is a good example of this different presentation. I’ve noticed a certain AI recruitment company gets “highlighted” (darkened white background of the screen, but their logo is pure white and REALLY stands out

i've had a similar idea for a while. Creating almost a multiplayer grill-me interface so teams can collaborate on spec definitions. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

The issue I always had with Typescript, was that LLM's like to find the easiest way to get a job done on a micro level (they seem to like to find the hardest design patterns to implement on the macro level tho, but language agnostic).

Agreed. Felt like a AEO / or GEO (generative engine optimization or whatever the field term is these days) puff piece. Seems too verbose for most people to bother reading.

It’s had horrific uptime, to the point of hitting 88.x uptime percentage. This is likely on the back of Mitchell Hashimoto (Hashicorp founder) announcing he’s moving off of Github as well. And really just years of Github feeling inconsisten

Interesting... I built an MCP server for their initial browser render as markdown, and I just tell the LLM to follow reasonable links to relative content, and recurse the tool.

This is really good! After they ditched there free tier, it became basically untenable to justify trying Planetscale for $30 (USD as well) on a POC or MVP product, and it also felt like you were paying a lot for unneeded hardware.
