Yes you can, and it is pretty easy. Build. Every single, new building puts downward pressure on the average price. The moment supply outstrips demand, prices goes down, housing market stops being reasonable asset, money outflows causing fur

There is no such thing as "one reasonable price". You may value your time arbitrarily high and don't need explanation for that, and there may be someone that value money arbitrarily low and has literally random reason to hire

Well, there are people charging $100/h around here — do you think they are scammers because there are others that charge $10/h? You literally can set arbitrary price to your time and at worst there won't be anyone willing to

There is no such thing as IT skills shortage. There is a shortage of skills in some manual labour sectors, where you need to wait a few weeks to do the job because there is not a single (even non-)competent person WILLING to do the job. The

My pet theory is that 'marketing oneself' trend is a sign of oversaturation (and forthcoming commoditisation). This happen a few years back in UI design when designers started to put more work into presentation of projects than pr

But that is not what is going to happen. Jobs that can't be done remotely will be +/- constant — that's a simplification as there will be some second-order consequences like movements in real estate prices in both directions.

This article got its central point not only wrong but patently wrong. Remote work puts downward pressure on the highest salaries [think globalisation but on a smaller scale — poor countries are main beneficiaries of globalisation]. People w

If you want to know why-the-hate watch this[1] talk — one of the best and eye-opening talks I've ever heard. It has nothing to do with the language itself and everything to do with the user of the language. [1] The Pervert's Guide

I strongly recommend you to consider cybersecurity. I believe that you not only will have a chance to compete with typicals but you will have an edge. The shell is a pretty awesome place to be in if you asked me.

Twitter has suspended my account two+ weeks ago without a reason and didn't even notify me about that by e-mail. They don't respond to my appeals either. Decentralize all the things.
