I am hesitant to install the plugin because Chrome warns that it can "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit." Is this a normal authorization to give to Chrome extensions? Overall I think it's a really cool

It's really a matter of productivity. Creating training sets of data is a labor intensive process. It may not be worth the cost to do so, if they can outsource that work instead.

It isn't lazy to want to listen to unlimited music from an app on your phone. Its an efficient and a very useful service. There are other options (like buying albums), but Spotify makes it easier.
